Marijuana, opioids, and human trafficking - what landlords need to know
Scott Pelletier, Head of the Maine DEA, will discuss the opioid crisis, meth labs, warning signs and testing.

In 2013, he was hired as a Commander with the Maine DEA, where he currently oversees four of the eight Task Force offices in the state.
Seth Russell, an associate with Zerillo Law Firm, LLC, will provide an update on marijuana laws and implications for landlords and their tenants.
